Cosmetic condition:

The left and right screens are in good condition, there are some light, but noticeable, marks from use, but nothing too significant. The casing is in excellent cosmetic condition with little to no noticeable wear from use. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The headband is in good condition with some light to moderate wear. There may be some small stains and/or noticeable scuffs and wear from use. This headset does not include any controllers. The facial interface is in good condition with some light, but noticeable wear. There may be some small cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear. For consumer health and safety, a silicone cover for the foam facial interface is included. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.

Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. No controllers are included with this headset.
